9-12-13 BIG LIGHTNING 1 SECOND APART
IT WENT FOR ABOUT 10 MINS THEN TAPERED OFF TO 20 SEC APART...
HEAVY RAIN- BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!!!

Very sorry about the quality of the shots- It was a full downpour and most of the action was happening entirely in the clouds, the lightning bolts were rarely visible. I think this ontop of the heavy rain made many of the shots difficult to see- :(

July 20 - Excellent lighting over Broolyn

I know these are a little old but it was a great day for lightning in the summer of 2013-
This was in the middle of the extreme Brooklyn heat wave-

What timing- I was in Washington DC for an art show and a fairly major thunder storm came in while I was shooting at the US Capital ^^!

These videos are not great - My hotel was not facing the best part of the storm :(...

4th of July / Bushwick Local Fireworks / 2013

This is documentation of Bushwick's [Brooklyn NY] world famous local firework display! Keep in mind fireworks are illegal in Brooklyn so I have a lot of respect for the guys taking the chances to make this neighborhood party happen! Well done guys!! Looking forward to next year!
